Yesterday for breakfast before we headed to church we made homemade french toast! Now can I just say that my Mom makes the best french toast?!?! :) it really was like tasting a little bit of heaven..... 

We actually got to church on time and heard some amazing talks in sacrament meeting about "True Happiness." Which one of the talks was given by a boy that leaves for his mission in less than a month... :) 

Pretty cute boy might I add.... :) I am marrying a returned missionary!!!

 This is the skirt that I had bought the night before for only $6.00 at Runway Fashion... it was calling my name!

At church in YW we talked about the "Roles Of The Holy Ghost".....

*Bear witness and teach truth.

*Guide and Protect.

*He gives us gifts of the Spirit.

*Comforter.

*Teacher/Revelator.

*He sanctifies us.

It was a GREAT lesson and hearing all the YW share experiences made the lesson even BETTER and you could feel the spirit soooo strong.... :) I LOVE my ward!

 That night we went to my Grandma's to celebrate the January birthday's... Jared and Sarah!!

After we had finished dinner we played Bingo and won prizes... A.K.A. candy bars and cute snowmen.... :) 

 Uncle James started giving away Grandma's decorations as prizes when we would run out of candy bars and other gifts... it was the funniest night! He was just kidding, but we all got a good laugh out of it! 

Gotta LOVE spending time with the family....

 We also played "What If" and that is ALWAYS the BEST game to play! 

It snowed really bad yesterday and we could barely get to our car when we were leaving my Grandma's house... the snow was soo deep and we kept sinking into it! Had to remember this moment of Alli walking through the snow!! :) We kept falling! 

*Dinner, Shopping, and Facials*...

Last night Danielle and I decided to go eat at Texas Roadhouse for dinner... My Dad had a gift card that he gave us to use!! It was about an hour wait so we decided to walk over to Runway Fashion and do a little shopping.... :) We definitely SCORED! I bought a gold purse, 2 shirts, and 1 skirt... :) 

Finally an hour later we walked back over to Texas Roadhouse and it was our turn to be seated!! Danielle hadn't ever eaten there before so I was excited to show her what it was ALL about... :) Seriously one of my favorite restaurants EVER!!! 

 Shopping in Runway Fashion.... :) 

 We ordered peach lemonade, barbecued chicken, potatoes, corn, fries, and ate yummy rolls!! :) We left the restaurant with stomach aches because we were really full and ate too much! 

We came home and watched "My Best Friends Wedding" while we did facials!! :) We googled a facial recipe and mixed up all the ingredients.... Cut up cucumbers and avocados, mixed in honey and olive oil... and were ready to do our FACIALS! 

It was soo cold and sticky on our faces, but after we got done our faces felt all soft and clean.... :) 

Babysitting the TWINS!! :)

Last night we got to babysit the twins...Paisley and Sophia... :) They are the cutest babies EVER!!! We LOVE when we get to tend and play with them!!

Also, school today has a 2 hour delay late start because of this crazy icy weather... our front yard is like an ice rink... in fact EVERYWHERE is an ice rink!!! We've never seen anything like this before!! If they were smart enough they would just CANCEL SCHOOL! Gotta love having an assembly and parent release first period which means I don't have to go to school until 12 today... What a great way to start the weekend!!!!

*Mutual*...

On Wednesday for Mutual we had a Fashion Show and got to dress some of the girl's up to be the models!! We used tape, newspaper, wrapping paper, wigs, glasses, crowns, etc! I wasn't gonna go, but I am soo glad that I went because it was a BLAST!! :) My group got to dress up Emma and she was ROCKIN' IT! We went down to the Bishop's office to show them our finished design and they LOVED it... :)

All our YW!! Glad I could be apart of it and help the girl's. :) It's crazy thinking that I will be 18 in a month and a half and then I will be leaving these girls and moving on to Relief Society!!! Wow, time is flying by too quick!! :)

I also got to speak with my Bishop in his office that night about the things going on in my life right now and he is soo proud of me for the good choices and decisions that I am making!! Each week we write a letter to our bishop and every Sunday we give it to him. When I spoke with him Wednesday night about my letter he gave me some great advice and I know that there is a special guy out there for me that will be able to take me to the temple someday! I know that as long as I am choosing the right then I will be blessed.... :)

On Monday since we didn't have school we went up to Park City to go to the Sundance Film Festival!! O.M.G. seriously the BEST DAY!! :) We met and saw so many celebrities and it was...

UNREAL! All of us were literally in shock and still have BIG SMILES on our faces!!! 

We're making this a tradition for sure!

*fRiDaY NiGhTs*...

Friday night we decided to try somewhere new to go get shakes/ice cream so we headed over to "Jake's Over The Top" and about peed our pants from laughing soo hard ALL NIGHT LONG! :) I think our shakes and ice cream had a lot of sugar in them or something because we were on one that's for sure!! It's a good thing we had pretty much the whole place to ourselves so we could be CRAZY! Jordyn brought her container of sprinkles and I thought that was the most hilarious thing!!! :) So of course we all had to put sprinkles on our ice cream.... :) 

We spent the rest of the night at the mall and then headed over to Sterling's house...

*hAiR sChOoLs*...

I graduate in 4 months and then I will be starting Cosmetology School this Summer!!! I am soo ready to  graduate and move on to the next step in my life...HAIR SCHOOL BABY! :) Today I had two appointments at Avalon and Marinello to get interviewed by the instructors and have a tour of each of the schools.... :) It was sooo much fun and I can see myself working at either of the places!! 

We are still checking out the other schools around here, but so far I think I will be going to one of these two!! :) What I love about these 2 schools is that they are soo professional and organized/clean compared to like the ATC. At Avalon and Marinello their main focus is for you to graudate from Hair School. Another thing I LOVED about these 2 schools is that we will always be up on our feet working and won't be wasting time being lazy just sitting around... Avalon and Marinello are fast pace and it would only take me about a year to do it if I have good attendance... :) That won't be a problem at ALL! :) 

My parents and my Aunt Sarah came with me today to go check these schools out... Everyone there made it really exciting for me.... :) Just gotta pray about which school I should attend and what school would be the BEST for me! If I could start tomorrow.. I WOULD!!! 

Can't wait to finally make the decision on where I will be attending! And to have the actually date of my first day starting!! :) It's really exciting!!!
