My New Room . . .

I love my new room!!

Well back in June when I was gone in Kentucky my parents decided to move my room downstairs. I had no idea they were going to do that. When I got home from the airport I walked in my room (my room upstairs) and I was so mad!! All of Allie and Savannahs stuff was in my room now. So they all start laughing and tell me to go look downstairs and I just kept telling them how mad I was and everything. When I got downstairs I turned the light on and my room was the cutest room I have ever seen!! It looked like an "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" room. My family painted my room blue with green and brown polka dots, bought me a new bed spread, and everything! I was so happy!! :D Thanks mom and dad for everything!! I love it!!! :D

Parachute and Secondhand Serenade Concert . . .

This day was one of the best days ever! When I found out that Secondhand Serenade was coming to Utah at Thanksgiving Point I was like I have to go! I love these guys! When I was looking online for tickets it said that a band called "Parachute" was also going to be there with Secondhand Serenade. I didn't know who Parachute was so I looked at there website and I listened to a few of there songs and they were pretty good! It said that Parachute was going to be in Ogden Utah on the 25th of July just a few hours before the concert signing autographs and singing at Hastings!! I totally flipped out! I told my mom and dad that they were gonna be at Hastings and that we had to go cuz it was a once and life time thing! All of my friends were out of town like seriously . . . so I asked my friend Jade to come with me but she couldn't come so I asked my friend Lindsey and she said she could go! I was so happy! We went and picked her up around 12:15 PM and then headed over to Hastings. When we first got there when we were parking we saw Parachute out at there car getting there guitars and stuff out of there trailer. I was like "oh my gosh there they are!!" So my dads like "lets park right next to them" i was so emabarrassed! Haha :) So as you can see while we were parked next to them I was taking pictures of them! Look at the pics below!

This is Nate and Will walking into Hastings! :D This is Kit shutting there trailer! So when we walked into Hastings we walked over to the little shop where they were going to be singing and signing autographs. We saw Will walkin up and down the aisle's of the magazines, so me and Lindsey went over to pretend like we were looking at magazines. We kept pushin eachother around saying "you go talk to him first," "no you" it was so funny! Then Will went over by his band and started setting up his guitar and stuff to get ready to sing. They were gonna start at 1:00 PM and this was about 12:45 PM. So we were like "oh crap now we have to go talk to him by his band." Haha we were too nervous so my dad finally said "ok i'll come with you guys to meet them." We're like "ok :)" so we go over to Parachute and my dad's like "are you guys Parachute" and they're like "ya" and my dads like "my daughter has tickets to your concert tonight" and they're like "oh cool whats your name" and i'm like "Whitney" and Will is like "Whitney" and he shook my hand! He gave me the biggest smile ever! I was gonna pass out I mean seriously I couldn't take my eyes off of him! :) Then my dad told me and Lindsey to stand by some of the guys from Parachute so we could get a picture with them. Notice that Will is standing right behind me and he is putting his hand on my shoulder!! Ahh! I was freaking out!! He is soo hot! He is a babe!
Parachute singing! :) Look at that sexy man! They took this pic on there phone and put it on facebook! It's awesome! :) This is all that was at Hastings for Parachute! We basically had them to ourselves! I mean we were the first ones there and to go meet them! We felt special! Haha :) This is one of my favorite pictures!! So when I was getting there autographs Will signed my CD first and he was like "hey :) whats your name" and i said "whitney" and he's like "how do you spell it? Is it W-h-i-t-n-e-y?" and i'm like "yep" and he's like "awesome!" and smiled really big at me! Then I asked if we could get a picture with him and the group and he's like "of course" These guys were so awesome! They were so nice to me and Lindsey! :) Parachute rocks! Will and Whitney! AWW! Ok so when we walked out of Hastings we decided that before we were gonna leave that we were gonna go get a picture by there van and trailer! We had to wait for a minute to get a pic by there car cuz one of the guys from Parachute went out to there car to grab something so after they left to go back into Hastings we hurry and got a pic! It was so funny! Click on the picture to make it bigger cuz if you look by me a guy from Parachute left his food on the back of his car! Lindsey was touchin it, it was hilarious! She's like "AWW!" Haha :) I know your probably thinking that we're crazy but hey this is what we do!! Me and Lindsey standing by there car with our CD's!! This is my CD that all the guys signed! Notice that "Will" put "Whitney-Thanks!" and then he singed his name! Then the rest of the guys signed it! I was in heaven! On our way to the conert! WHOO!! :DMe and Tanner standing in line to get into the concert! The line was soo long! And we had to wait 45 minutes! Ugh it was so hot outside!!

This is the stage before the concert started. We were really close at first but then as soon as the concert started it was soo crazy!! People were shovin there ways through the crowd to get to the front of the crowd to be right by the stage and me and Tanner just happened to be right by them. Me and Tanner were getting pushed, stepped on, shoved, etc. IT WAS BIZARRE!! There was even a time when my shoe came off while somebody was pushin me around and I couldn't find it for a minute. Then me and Tanner got separated for a minute cuz of these stupid people! When finally we had enough of this whole craziness we decided just to go to the back of the crowd! We were sick of being all sweaty because your like an inch away from every person your standing by. So when you would touch someone your arms would like stick it was disgusting!! You had like no room to stand! So when we went behind the crazy crowd it was a lot better! You had more room and it didn't stink! Thank goodness! We were still really close to the stage!! Haha this pic is funny cuz right when we took this picture notice the girls behind us smiling at our camera. We didn't even know who they were so we thought it was funny when they smiled in our picture. This is the band "Single File" they were ok I guess. I mean they weren't the best singers but they were alright. This is the band "We Shot The Moon" they did pretty good! They were handing out free sample CD's so Tanner went and got us one! After "We Shot The Moon" sang me and Tanner were freaking out cuz we were just so excited for PARACHUTE!! I freakin love Parachute they are amazing! When they came out I was so happy and excited! Tanner had never heard of them before so when he heard them sing he really liked them! It was also Tanner's first BIG concert so he was just as excited and happy!!! Whoo! What a hottay!! <3>

Awww I love this guy!! :D Here's all of them singing! This is Kit . . . another guy from the band Parachute! I love when he sings!! His voice is amazing!!! Sorry there is sooo many pics of Will I just love this guy! :) He's my favorite guy from Parachute! After Parachute was done singing me and Tanner hurried over to the place where they were selling drinks cuz we were so thirsty!! We were all hot and sweaty from the crowd! So when we we finally got to the place to buy a drink the line was pretty long, it took like 10 or 15 minutes just to buy a drink. It was crazy! Luckily "Secondhand Serenade" didn't come out until we got back to our spots where we were standing. The crowd went crazy when "Secondhand Serenade" came out! Everybody just loves these guys I mean who wouldn't??? Haha! So guess what towards the end of the concert secondhand serenade said that they had a new album coming out that isn't released yet and they said they we would be the first ones to hear there new songs! It was so awesome! Me and Tanner thought it was soo cool! :) Secondhand Serenade also said that they love Salt Lake City cuz I guess when there first CD came out that Salt Lake City was the only place that would play there music on the radio! You could tell that he was just so happy to be there! He kept saying "oh i'm so happy you guys have no ideo!" He's kind of hot! Haha :) He did a fantastic job! I love Secondhand Serenade!! Some of the best music ever!! <3 I'm so glad that I could go to this concert!! It was so much fun! I can't wait to see them sing again someday! I will definately be seeing Parachute again!! I love Parachute! They are my new favorite singers! :D Thanks Tanner for coming with me we had a blast!! :)

24th of July . . .

For the 24th of July we had a barbeque at our house with some of the family that wasn't out of town. It was pretty fun! We ate dinner, had ice cream, played ladder ball, and had illegal fireworks at my uncles parents house! It was awesome! :) Then this lady came out and told us to stop cuz flames were going on her house so we stopped and she called the cops so we all pack up all of our blankets and chairs and hurry and get in the car and drive off it was hilarious trying to hurry! HAHA! I had a fun 24th of July!! :)

Temple Square . . .

Me and my cousin Jessica went to Temple Square with my Grandma and Grandpa Healy a couple of weeks ago because every monday night they are hosts at the Joseph Smith Building, they take people on tours. It was a lot of fun! When we first got to Temple Square we went and ate at the top of the Joseph Smith Building at a restaurant called "The Garden." It has way yummy food! Then we walked around for a little bit. When it was time for my Grandma and Grandpa to go to the Joseph Smith Building my Grandma told us where she would be if we needed anything. So me and Jessica went and saw "The Joseph Smith Movie" cuz my cousin hadn't seen it yet cuz she lives in Texas so we went and saw it and Jessica loved it. Then we met up with my Grandma and she took us to the 2nd floor to eat dinner in this room. After we ate me and Jessica went into this room where you can look up Genealogy. It was really interesting! We found a bunch of our ancestors. We learned that Joseph Smith and Emma Smith were 6th cousins, and that they are related to George W. Bush, Shirley Temple, and Donnie Osmond blood related. We thought that was pretty cool. When my Grandma and Grandpa were done doing tours in the Joseph Smith Building me and my cousin went outside and walked around Temple Square while my Grandma and Grandpa gave tours to people around the Temple. I had a really fun time! :) Thanks for taking us Grandma and Grandpa! :)

Lagoon . . .

When my cousin Jessica was here all us cousins went to Lagoon and had a blast!! It was so much fun! When we went to the "Rock U2 The Top" show my cousin Jessica wanted to go meet Jt and Cory again right after the show. I didn't really want to because we met them last time and I would be really embarrassed but then I did want to go meet them again because they are really hot! Haha :) So we did end up meeting them again and I think I liked meeting them the 2nd time better. They are all so nice and we just talked to them for a few minutes and got pictures with them and everything! :) It was awesome! :)

American Idol Concert!!

OH MY GOSH!! On Tuesday July 14th I went to the American Idol Concert with Allie, Carly, and my Aunt Sarah! My Aunt was so nice to take us!! I wasn't gonna be able to go because my mom and dad couldn't take me and nobody else' parents couldn't take either so when i went to go get my haircut last saturday me and my aunt sarah were talking about the concert and she said that she really wanted to go and i said me too. So when she got home that night from work she looked on the internet for tickets and found 4 tickets on the floor..7th row!!! We weren't sure if we would be able to go but we did and im sooo glad!! I have the best aunt ever!!! Thank you Sarah so much for taking all of us I had the "Time of my Life!" It was a BLAST!!

Here we go!! We were so excited when we got there!! We got there right when it started right at 7 and when we found our seats on the floor..7TH ROW we were freaking out!! We were so close to the stage we couldn't believe it!! AHH!! Then about 5 minutes after we got seated the concert started and we were screaming so loud!! Wow it was so much fun!!!!

Michael came out first and then Megan did! I really like both of them a lot! Megan is from Utah! It was cool! Michael and Megan sung way good!! I love Scott and Lil!! Scott amazes me so much because he is blind and he can play the piano! It's so amazing! I couldn't ever do that if i were blind. Lil grew out her hair since American Idol haha! They both did an excellent job! Here we are at the concert having a BLAST!!!

Anoop isn't one of my favorites but he did good. It was funny on one of the songs he sang he wore these glasses it was so funny!! I love Matt! He is one of my favorites!! He sang "You Found Me" and it was amazing! When he got sent home on American Idol I was so sad!! Anyways he did way good! :) Scott and Matt did a Duet and then Megan and Lil did a Duet. I loved when Allison sang!! She sang "So What" and "Barracuda" she did really good! She is my favorite girl from this season.

Allison and Adam both sound so good together when they sing because they're both rockers!! Danny Gokey is one of my favorites! I didn't know that his wife died until the concert. When he sang "What Hurts The Most" i'm sure he was thinking of his wife. It was sad! He did a great job too! ADAM did amazing as always!! When he came out I was screaming so loud! I couldn't believe it!! He is my favorite out of all of them and he should've won!!! My favorite song that he sang was "Mad World." On one of the songs he has his jacket on and then he takes it off and is wearin this black tank top/vest thing. Anyways he did such a good job!! I love Adam! <3!! align="center">

When Adam Lambert was singing I told my Aunt Sarah to take a picture of us with Adam in the backround. Can you see him?!?! Kris Allen did awesome at the concert! I haven't really been a big fan of Kris but after the concert I totally am!! He is so HOT! :) My favorite song that he sang was "Heartless." When I was recording him he looked at my camera and smiled!! You can watch the video at the bottom of this post! So on the last song of the finale we ran to the back to get autographs before everybody came....(imagine us running..we had 7th row seats on the floor and we had to run to the back of the building) so we ran through the aisle on the floor, up the stairs, then down stairs, out the door, down more stairs, and ran around the building until we reached the back! We were so tired by the time we got there haha! So we got there and got a great spot to stand to wait and get autographs! We got back there around 10:00 PM and waited until about 11:05 PM for them to come out and sign autographs! So we waited about an hour and it was so worth it!! :) Me and Carly were jumping up and down cuz we couldn't believe that we were gonna get autographs! Michael came out first then Megan, Anoop, and then everyone else came out right after! When Adam and Kris came out they walked right passed us and i was like "OMG there they are!" When we got there autographs i was in heaven! I'm still on "cloud 9" i still can't believe we got there autographs! I got all of there autographs besides Allison and Lil. It was so awesome!! And so much fun!! :D Thank you Sarah for staying with us to get autographs!!
